From the 25th of March to the 5th April 1913, six explorers walked the trails of Fusagasugá, la Aguadita, El Roble y El Piñón. 107 years later, ten Colombian explorers revisited the same territories collecting detailed information. The birds and landscapes unified the historical and current expeditions, and the data will give light, or better, wings, to new and exciting research questions. This resurvey was framed in the Expediciones BIO “Alas, cantos y colores,” led by the Instituto Humboldt and the Instituto de Ciencias Naturales de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
